The promissing results of Ad Personam start to be seen in the 7 pilot cities.

About 500 persons/pilot city which means approx. 3,500 citizens as a whole used the local public transport (LPT) system during the Ad Personam promotional week.

Furthermore, at least 200 home-to-work journeys per person using LPT were made in the 12 months following the promotional week.

New customers average trips per month x 12 months:
 Modena: 15x12 = 180
 Besançon: 26x12 = 312
 Heraklion: 48x12 = 576
 Baia Mare: 40x12 = 480
 Funchal: 103x12 = 1.236
 Lancaster & Morecambe: 20x12 = 240
 Albacete: 11x12 = 132 TOTAL: 3,156 (450.9 per city on average)
